About Inspire Holiday Clubs

Inspire Holiday Clubs is a unique, inclusive holiday provision designed specifically for children aged 8-16 who may struggle in mainstream holiday club settings. Based in a quiet, supportive environment at

Gretton School in Girton

, our sessions are small, nurturing, and full of creative energy. We run every

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during school holidays

(except Christmas), and our days are packed with baking, crafting, outdoor games, sensory play, and lots of laughter.

What We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for enthusiastic and creative

Play Workers

who have experience working with children with additional needs or who may find mainstream settings overwhelming. You should love to get stuck in, bring fresh and exciting activity ideas to the table, and most importantly - be someone who believes that

fun should come first

.

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting a small group of children in a calm, structured environment Leading or assisting in delivering creative, active, and sensory-based activities Encouraging social interaction and play in a flexible and nurturing way Working collaboratively with a passionate and supportive team Helping children feel valued, safe, and inspired every day
You're Perfect for This Role If You:

Have experience working with children who struggle in mainstream settings (e.g. SEN, SEMH) Are creative and active - you might love baking, building, messy play, sport, or art Bring positive energy and a 'fun-first' mindset to everything you do Are calm, patient, and confident in managing varied needs and behaviours Can work flexibly during school holidays (we'll give you dates in advance)

Expected hours: 7 - 21 per week
