Are you looking for a highly awarding role working as a Play Worker across our two preschool settings and Out of School and Holiday Club, then this role could be just for you!
We would like to appoint two motivated, enthusiastic individuals who has a passion to work with children and support children attending our Pre-School, Breakfast and Out of school Club Gunthorpe and our Preschool at Dogsthorpe.

• Contract Type - As and When 0 Hours.
• Salary - 12.60 per hour
• Hours - Between 7.30am - 6:00pm as an when needed.

Ideal candidates for this role will need:

• Childcare/play work qualification to level 3 or equivalent
• Experience working with children aged 2-12 in groups.
• Be able to communicate sensitively with children.
• To initiate/develop, stimulating play activities for children according to their individual developmental needs.
• To work in partnership with parents/carers
• Have excellent communication skills
• Interact and support families and children.

• Experience with SEN desirable

Play House Out of School Club offers before and after school childcare to children aged 2-12 years for children attending Norwood Primary School and Gunthorpe Primary School; as well as offering a Holiday Club city wide (Peterborough and surrounding) for children aged 2-12 years during school holiday periods.
Opening Times

• Play House Out of School Club (Term Time Only) - Monday to Friday, 7.30am-9am and 3pm-6pm
• Play House Holiday Club (School holidays) - Monday to Friday, 7.30am-5.30pm.

Little Bees Preschool Term Time only 8.45-3pm
