Summary

As a Play Worker at Premier Education, you will play a vital role in delivering fun and engaging physical activities to primary school children during our wrap around care provsion. This position is essential in fostering children's development while promoting a love for sports, games, arts and crafts and outdoor play.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging play sessions that promote physical activity among children. Supervise and ensure the safety of children during activities. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and school staff to foster positive relationships. Encourage teamwork and cooperation among participants during play. Assist in the development of children's social skills through structured play. Maintain equipment and ensure a safe play environment.

Requirements

Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and adults. Ability to manage groups of children in a safe and engaging manner. Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate young participants. A minimum level 2 in childcare or Education required.
