C.A.T.S club We are looking for a someone to join our team at our Maynards Green Site You must be available between 7:30 am and 9 am for breakfast club and then again between 3 pm and 6 pm for after school club. Monday - Friday. Our holiday play-schemes run 11 weeks a year from Horam Village Hall and are on a shift basis of either morning or afternoon sessions. No experience is necessary. Full training will be given. The safety of the children in our care is our priority all positions at C.A.T.S Club are subject to a fully enhanced DBS (paid for by us) and two satisfactory references one of which should be from your last employer. Responsibilities
Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Organise and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development
Support children in developing communication skills through interactive play and conversation
Maintain a clean and organised play area, adhering to health and safety standards
Collaborate with colleagues to plan programmes that meet the needs of diverse groups of children
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and behaviour
Assist with daily routines such as snack times, rest periods, and transitions between activities
Support the management team in implementing policies related to childcare and early childhood education
