Person Specification
-Essential
Experience of working with children aged 4-11
A commitment to equal opportunities
An ability to meet children's individual needs
Ability to use judgement and common sense
Ability to provide and facilitate safe and creative play activities
Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable
An appropriate Childcare Qualification
A current First Aid certificate
Level 1 Safeguarding children
Knowledge, understanding and experience of delivering the EYFS
