Salary:

14.46ph | 11,673.90pa (Including accrued holiday pay)

Hours:

21.25 Hours per week | Monday-Friday | Split shifts: 7:30am-9:00am & 3:00pm-5:45pm

Contract:

Permanent | Term-time only

Playworker Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with children during play and activity times Plan and deliver age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of all children Support snack and mealtime routines Maintain a clean, safe, and organised play environment Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children's wellbeing Support new staff and contribute to a positive team environment Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements

About You

o Level 2 Childcare qualification (or above)

Previous experience in early years, wraparound, or childcare settings Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Good understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and childcare regulations Ability to create inclusive, engaging environments for children Eligible to work in the UK
