Job Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and contributing to their growth through fun and engaging activities. As a Play Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of daily sessions throughout the summer programme.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times
Engage children in structured and free play activities, encouraging creativity and participation
Set up and pack away play equipment and activity stations each day
Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate games, crafts, and workshops
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow team members
Provide friendly and informative feedback to parents/carers at pick-up times
Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive play environment
Ideal Candidate Profile

Requirements
Previous experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Successful applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide two satisfactory references
