Are you an experienced, passionate motivated Playworker who is looking for a new challenge?
We are looking for a Level 2 or 3 qualified Playworker or a level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our staff team. Our Out of School Club provision require the skills of someone who has the following strengths:
- Passionate about supporting and caring for children aged 4-11 and providing them with a safe and curious environment to play in before and after school.
- Works as part of a team and is flexible and versatile
- Understands child development and is able to support children to play with their peers
- Has a sound knowledge of Safeguarding, recognising potential signs of abuse and knows what procedures to follow
- Is able to plan activities and provide play opportunities using the children's interests
- passionate about supporting the development of all children including those with EAL and SEND
- driven and motivated to put there all into their role
- has some knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- is willing to learn new skills and extend their professional development through training
- provides a happy, safe and fun environment for children through engaging activities and experiences
We are looking for practitioners who suit a part time position to embark on our journey with us, term time only working
