Role and key responsibilities

This role is for an experienced plot conveyancer to manage their own plot conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post completion.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to be involved with part exchange and resale transactions. This role involves regular interaction with both internal stakeholders (other departments/teams) and external stakeholders/clients (well known housebuilding clients).

We are open to applicants based in Birmingham and Leeds on the proviso the successful candidate will travel to Manchester one day per week on either a Tuesday or Thursday.

Skills and experience

Essential role Requirements:

• Able to handle a volume residential caseload; preferably plot sales
• Strong client care skills
• Strong communications skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent numeracy skills

Desirable role requirements:

• Completion of the CLC or CILEX
• Previous experience of working in Plot Sales from a competing firm
• Ability to handle part exchange and resales transactions
