The Role

We are seeking a dedicated

Plumber / Fabric Engineer

to join our mobile team in the Manchester area. In this position, you'll provide essential maintenance services for our clients at their sites, with a company vehicle provided.

Key Responsibilities

Perform plumbing and fabric repairs and planned preventative maintenance on Electrical systems.to commercial buildings. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures on all contracts. Liaise with the Contract Manager, Contract Administrator, Supervisor, Helpdesk and Engineers. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices Maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide quotations for repairs as needed or at the request of the client.

What we are looking for

Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer / Plumber ideally with commercial experience in the facility services sector. Ability to perform Manual tasks including manual handling, working at height and in confined spaces as well as willingness to participate in the on-call Rota. Full UK Driving licence is essential. Self-motivated and solutions focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills
