London House Projects Ltd is a highly respected, well-established building & construction group, based in London SW13, undertaking residential refurbishment & construction projects, with a particular emphasis on high-end refurbishment work. Our projects are primarily in SW & West London (e.g. Kingston, Putney, Richmond, Twickenham, Wimbledon areas).

We are looking for dynamic, hardworking and responsible plumbers, able to work confidently both independently and as part of a team. Our work is of the highest standard.

We constantly win large property refurbishment and new build projects, and require additional fully qualified plumbers to join our in-house plumbing department, responsible for installing complex designed heating systems, gas works and luxury bathrooms in high-end residential refurbishments and new builds.

We are particularly interested in Gas Safe candidates who are confident in installing boilers and full heating systems including the latest technologies such as heat pumps.

Applicants should have very high standards of work; the ability to work confidently in high-end properties for discerning clients, and excellent client liaison skills. The right candidate will join a team that works across multiple sites throughout London. Our plumbing department is led by one of our Directors with 40+ years' experience as a gas and heating engineer.

Own transport preferred but not essential.

Applicants should be willing to undergo background screening, including checks with previous employers, & a basic DBS check if they are offered the role.
