We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. This role requires proficiency in using various hand and power tools, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary. The Plumber will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Assemble and install valves, fittings, and other plumbing components. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks. Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters, to ensure seamless project completion. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to health and safety regulations while working on-site.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks. Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
