is a property maintenance & construction company based in South Wales. We are looking for a

Self Employed Multi Skilled Plumber

to supplement our in house team of skilled and dedicated tradespeople to assist on projects throughout South Wales and the West.

We have a healthy order book of projects spanning retail store refurbishments and fit outs, insurance repair work, customer care repair services, domestic refurbishment works and commercial works.

Pay:

up to 24.00 per hour

Location:

West / South Wales & The West + opportunities for working away

Our projects require a high standard of detail and finish and so the successful applicants will carry out all tasks to the highest standards and take pride in their work.

Essential Skills & experience required :-

NVQ level 2/3 in Domestic Plumbing & Heating; CSCS Card; Own vehicle; Own tools; High standards of workmanship & finish; Ability to carry out all aspects of planned plumbing & heating works to a high standard; Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems; Assess, plan and request parts & materials required to complete works; Reliable & punctual; Able to communicate effectively with project supervisors & site managers.
