Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team, to help us further grow as company. Not everyday will be the same working for us, some days you may be working on a bathroom, some days might be call outs, every day will be different. Being well presented and clean is a must.

This Job will start off on a self employed basis and if you show your the right man for the job, you will be offered the chance to go cards in.

Responsibilities

Assemble and install plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality. Weld and solder pipes as necessary to create secure connections. Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople on construction projects to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during installations and repairs. Conduct assessments of plumbing issues, providing solutions based on mechanical knowledge and basic maths skills. Handle heavy lifting when installing or repairing large fixtures or systems. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Experience

Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues effectively. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations may be beneficial for transporting tools and materials to job sites. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to plumbing systems is an advantage. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: 19.52-20.86 per hour
