who can join our team in

South West London

for a Kitchen and bathroom renewal project within the Social Housing sector.

Main Objectives of the role:

Carrying out plumbing works within social housing properties Carry out all duties in an efficient, courteous manner with due respect to any special circumstances or needs of tenants affected Always present a positive, can-do attitude

Do you have what it takes?

Experience in social housing properties Access to own vehicle that can be driven for work purposes Own tools JIB/ CSCS card Right to work in the UK Public Liability Insurance

Desired qualifications (however, we can support you to get these, if required):

Asbestos Awareness Certificate Manual handling (can be provided in-house by Pilon) Working at height (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
