Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be able to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on various plumbing fixtures and systems. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all plumbing tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. Diagnose plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls as required. Communicate effectively with clients to explain plumbing issues and solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role is preferred. Relevant qualifications or certifications in plumbing are advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks associated with plumbing work. A valid driver's licence is desirable for travel between job sites.
