About The Role




Plumber (Mechanical Bias) | 37,000 | Static Site - Central London

Are you a multi-skilled engineer with a plumbing background and a mechanical edge? We're looking for a Plumber (Mechanical Bias) to join our team on a static site in Central London, delivering high-quality maintenance and reactive repairs across a prestigious contract.

Location: Central London (Static Site)

Salary: 37,000

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for a plumbing-biased engineer who's confident working across multiple disciplines. You'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance, supporting minor works, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.



? Key Responsibilities
Deliver M&E PPM and minor works to a high standard. Provide technical support and guidance to the team and client. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Salisbury standards. Keep clients and colleagues informed with regular updates. Accurately record work using the Maximo CAFM system via tablet. Liaise with account coordinators, management, and subcontractors. Take ownership of the site and ensure exceptional customer service. Participate in the on-call rota and support emergency call-outs when required.

About You




? What We're Looking For

Qualifications:


GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential)

Skills & Experience:


Strong experience with building services plant and HVAC systems At least 2 years' experience in a similar multi-discipline environment Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo) and smartphone-based work management Ability to manage priorities and work independently Comfortable turning your hand to a wide range of building maintenance tasks
