Madestays is seeking an experienced plumber to support our luxury property portfolio with maintenance, repairs, and emergency callouts. We are offering 528 monthly retainer in return, you agree to our priority call out SLA within 2 hours.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (boilers, leaks, toilets, taps, heating systems) Carry out routine plumbing inspections across the portfolio Support property onboarding by assessing plumbing condition Work closely with Field Ops during guest stays to resolve urgent issues Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards Maintain accurate job reports and documentation
Skills & Experience
Qualified plumber with relevant certifications Experience in residential plumbing (premium properties a bonus) Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work quickly and safely under pressure Excellent communication with guests and internal teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 64.00-70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
Work Location: In person
