Job Role

We're on the lookout for a qualified Plumber to join our client's repairs and maintenance team. If you're hands-on, reliable, and take pride in your work, this could be a great fit. You'll be handling a wide range of plumbing jobs across residential properties - from everyday repairs and leak fixes to bathroom installations and helping get void properties ready to re-let.

Role and Responsibilities

Carrying out all types of plumbing work, including repairs, installs, fault finding, and maintenance. Helping with planned works like bathroom refurbishments and kitchen installations. Supporting other trades when needed - we work as a team to get the job done. Using a PDA system to manage your jobs Writing up job reports. Making sure you're working safely, following all health & safety rules and using the right PPE. Keeping your company van in good shape with daily checks. Being part of the out-of-hours call-out rota when required (extra pay applies).

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) Full UK Driving Licence Solid experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs, ideally in social housing or similar. Competent IT skills with the ability to use PDAs and email systems (training provided). Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
