commercial sites and high-end residential properties
throughout London and the South of England.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a
highly experienced Plumber / Heating Engineer
with a strong commercial background and an eye for detail suitable for premium residential environments.
This position requires a
skilled, professional engineer
capable of working independently on complex installations and maintenance tasks while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and client service.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for installation, fault finding, repair and maintenance works across commercial buildings and high-end residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out
1st and 2nd fix plumbing
on commercial and high-end residential projects
Installation and maintenance of plumbing and heating systems
Fault finding and diagnostics on complex plumbing and heating systems
Installation, servicing and replacement of:
Hot water cylinders and cold water storage tanks* Commercial pipework systems (copper, steel, plastic)* Radiators, TRVs and associated valves* Sanitary ware including high-end bathroom fittings* Tracing and repairing leaks with minimal disruption
Planned and reactive maintenance works
Reading and working from drawings, schematics and specifications
Ensuring all works comply with current building regulations and industry standards
Maintaining a high standard of finish appropriate for premium environments
Professional interaction with clients, property managers and site teams
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
Accurate completion of job reports and documentation
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience
in plumbing, ideally within commercial and/or high-end residential environments
Proven ability to work independently and manage complex tasks
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
Gas qualifications advantageous
but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Professional, client-focused and well-presented
High attention to detail and quality of workmanship
