Job Overview

Hastings Heating Contracts are looking to recruit a site supervisor to our thriving team. We are a rapidly expanding company and as a result of this we are looking for the right candidate to join our team and take charge of 3 - 4 new build sites and ensure the smooth operation of these sites.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance activities across various projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations. Train and mentor team members on plumbing techniques, safety protocols, and effective use of tools. Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure project budgets are met without compromising quality. Collaborate with other trades on-site to facilitate seamless project integration and completion. Manage inventory of plumbing supplies and tools, ensuring all necessary materials are available for ongoing projects. Ensure health and safety on sites is kept to a high standard

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in plumbing supervision or a similar role within the construction industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power tools and hand tools. relevant plumbing qualifications CSCS card

Preferred qualifications

Experience in field service operations related to plumbing systems. up to date gas qualifications

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
