Due to continued growth in our sector, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated

Plumbing Supervisor

to join our well-established and successful mechanical services team.

This role involves overseeing and supporting the installation of general plumbing, sanitary ware, heating, and waste systems across a variety of commercial projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of plumbers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise plumbing installations on commercial projects Coordinate and support site teams to ensure project deadlines are met Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades Carry out hands-on installation work when required Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and quality standards Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing and Heating (Level 3 desirable) SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) - desirable*
Valid CSCS card Full UK driving licence Proven experience in commercial plumbing installations Ability to lead a small team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
