We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee our mechanical operations and ensure the effective maintenance and management of our equipment and systems. Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Manage projects related to mechanical maintenance, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automated systems. Read and interpret schematics to facilitate repairs and maintenance tasks. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. Develop maintenance schedules and oversee the execution of preventative maintenance tasks. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a mechanical environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and electrical experience. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
