We wish to recruit a motivated individual to work out of our
Ballymena

A leader with ability to take the Plumbmaster department forward in line with Group objectives Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer Focused on generating revenue Passionate about providing excellent customer service Able to lead and manage a team An excellent communicator with effective people skills Experienced with systems and procedures
Key responsibilities for the role of Plumbmaster Manager include:
Continually improve branch sales and margin KPI's Deliver a high standard of customer service Motivate the team to exceed targets Management of stock in line with sales
