You will provide efficient and effective administrative support to all UCC customers within the pre-planned preventative maintenance list to ensure the company meets its service contract obligations.

The Role
Planning of on-site Pressure Vessel Inspection and Preventative Maintenance.
Point of contact for all internal and external Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Pressure Vessel Inspection (PVI) enquiries. Liaise with engineers, customers and Insurance Surveyors to Plan on-site Pressure Vessel Inspections and Preventative Maintenance.
Manage workload of on-site engineers.
Respond to all internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner, taking accurate messages and using own initiative to resolve requests, escalating important information or updates.
Manage the day-to-day client asset data base and associated administration tasks from: raising client service quotes through to confirmation of field-based engineer visits.
Manage and organise the health & safety on-site pressure vessel testing certification process, working closely with our insurance partner to ensure compliance.
Provide assistance to planning team, answering overflow phone messages, holiday cover and essential daily/weekly tasks as required.

The Person
Strong customer service administrative support experience
Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word with database management
Exhibits a conscientious approach with good attention to detail
Forward thinking approach with a commercial mind set.
A flexible attitude to work demands, including working hours.
Salary:
26,000 (increasing to 26,500 after probation)
