What you'll be doing:
Manage and monitor all IT assets supplied to the Dreadnought team within Falconworks, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with your immediate team and cross-functional colleagues
Develop a solid understanding of business operations, project management, and control processes and procedures
Actively engage with stakeholders, internal business units, and external suppliers to support seamless collaboration
Serve as a DSE Assessor for the team, facilitating assessments and managing requests for DSE equipment
Assist the resourcing lead by coordinating schedules and arranging candidate interviews efficiently
Support Submarines Export Control compliance activities, ensuring all processes meet regulatory requirements
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Proven experience working with stakeholders, confidently challenging and influencing where necessary
Previous experience in a business support role, including handling queries efficiently
Ability to make sound judgements based on analysis and interpretation of factual data
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications; advanced Excel skills are a plus
Desirable:
Progression towards a Project Management qualification, such as the APM Fundamentals Qualification
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence systems
