Join our dynamic PMO team and play a key role in driving project success! We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support business operations and project delivery across a diverse portfolio. You'll be at the heart of our divisional Project Office--streamlining processes, coordinating project activities, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. In this role you will play a key role in:





Manage low-risk projects and support project accounting, including month-end closing, invoice generation, and purchase order tracking. Assist with business operations reporting, including timesheet data, utilisation, financials, efficiency, and compliance metrics. Support the PMO Manager with various business support tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned by the Delivery Management Team.

Your Profile

Experienced in project administration, with intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; understanding of business operations and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high numeracy, and confidence working with data; effective communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities. Highly organised and adaptable, with strong time management, a proactive mindset, and the ability to prioritise and switch between tasks efficiently. Team-oriented and self-motivated, accountable for delivering high-quality work under pressure in fast-paced environments. environment.
