The role




The PMO Analyst role at The Fidelis Partnership is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to support a portfolio of strategic projects within the organization. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving project initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and supporting the overall success of the organization.

Key accountabilities




Ownership of Status Reporting: Take responsibility for managing the programme and portfolio status reporting, ensuring that appropriate governance is established for all projects. Enhancement of Reporting Suite: Perform and improve the suite of in-scope portfolio and project reporting, including senior/executive updates and cross-functional reporting. Reporting Framework: Embed a reporting framework and assist in drafting and reviewing all reports as necessary. Resource Planning: Conduct resource planning, allocation, and tracking for the in-scope portfolios. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Project Management Team and business functions to support the sourcing and recruitment of project resources, including individual and team onboarding. Support Project Governance: Assist in project governance activities, including report collation, project tracking, and defect/change management. Risk and Issue Management: Perform risk and issue management as well as dependency management across the portfolio. Regular Reviews: Conduct regular project reviews and health checks, providing support and facilitation to projects to effectively manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Core Capabilities Building: Agree on and help build the core capabilities of a Portfolio Management Office (PMO), including developing management information to track project/programme progress and success. Contribute to Framework Development: Actively contribute to the ongoing development of The Fidelis Partnership's Project & Change Framework and manage the central suite of master project artifacts. General Administrative Support: Where applicable, provide general administrative support to the Business Change & PMO Function leadership in line with agreed in-scope project priorities ####

Skills & experience




Minimum of 4-5 years demonstrable experience within a project management environment (supporting or coordination) Strong IT skills, including MS Office suite (inc. MS Project), SharePoint, JIRA and/or alternative Project Management software Experience facilitating workshops and coordinating meetings, ensuring clear objectives and outcomes are understood by participants Experience formulating and assigning actions, taking notes, and providing summaries of workshop/meeting outcomes Experiencing tracking project plans, risks, issues and dependencies Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment ####
