We hold weekly team meetings, monthly team away days and regular social events. You will also have 30 minutes of daily admin time with the support of Heidi, 15 minutes each day for journaling, regular one-to-one meetings, bi-monthly peer reviews and quarterly development reviews. During these contact times and meetings, we focus on your wellbeing, your personal goals and the wider goals of the business. Alongside this, we are passionate about serving our local communities and supporting foot health needs within a luxury podiatry suite and clinic environment. We stay current with the latest developments within the podiatry profession and are actively working towards practice accreditation and business expansion. This is a full-time role based across both of our locations in Amersham, Buckinghamshire and Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. Both sites are easily accessible by car or train.

Role benefits include:
