About the company:
We are looking for an associate Podiatrist to join our established practice on a self employed basis. The clinic is called Foot Centric and is located in Hartshill, Stoke-on-Trent. The role is 2 days per week, on a fee per treatment basis (not fee share). The days will be Mondays and Fridays 9am-6pm . Podiatry treatments currently offered at Foot Centric :
Routine podiatry
Nail surgery
Warm wax therapy
Verruca treatments
Fungal nail testing
The ideal candidate must be able to work unsupervised and have the ability to adapt to the specific requirements that private practice brings . Exemplary communication skills are a must as well as a passion for all things Podiatry. Please note this is an associate position, therefore, the candidate needs to supply their own instruments and some consumables and will be responsible for their own tax return and insurance.
Job Responsibilities: Treating all foot related conditions ( we focus on doing core routine podiatry and doing it well) , reception duties including taking payment, rebooking etc , managing own case load, cleaning & instrument decontamination. There is no expectation for the candidate to do home visits.
Qualifications: HCPC registered , relevant podiatry/chiropody qualification and own insurance.
Two references will be required.
