About the role



We're seeking a

Polar

Sales Specialist

with a

proven track record of high achievement

in

tailor-made or luxury travel sales t

o help grow our market share at a really exciting inflection point in our expansion plans.
Ideally, you've sold

Polar expeditions

before, but we're equally interested in candidates who have excelled in selling

complex, high-value trips

to other remote or experiential destinations -- and are ready to specialise in The Arctic.

You'll bring the commercial drive, empathy, and consultative approach needed to guide customers through

once-in-a-lifetime travel decisions

. You're confident in managing the

entire sales cycle

, from discovery through to proposal, follow-up, and conversion -- and consistently exceed individual targets.

Key responsibilities



Manage the full sales cycle

for tailor-made Arctic holidays -- from initial enquiry through discovery, proposal, follow-up, and conversion

Consistently exceed individual sales targets

by closing complex, high-value bookings with confidence and precision

Design bespoke itineraries

tailored to customer needs, drawing on deep destination knowledge and a consultative sales approach

Proactively generate new business

, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities beyond inbound enquiries

Build strong customer relationships

, creating trust through active listening, empathy, and expert guidance throughout the booking journey

Craft compelling written proposals

and follow-ups that reinforce value and drive conversion

Maintain accurate sales records

and manage pipelines using CRM tools and booking platforms

Collaborate cross-functionally

with Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver outstanding pre- and post-sale service

Stay up to date on Arctic products and experiences

, including vessels, itineraries, operators, and seasonal trends

polar regions

Employment details



Salary & Compensation:



Base Salary:

34,000 - 36,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Sales Bonus:

3,000 - 4,000 per annum (uncapped)

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

Approx, 37,000 - 40,000+ per annum

Holiday:



Twenty-five days paid holiday, in addition to your birthday and public holidays

Working Hours:Full-Time:



37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm Flexibility may be required to accommodate global customers

Weekend Working:



As part of a small team, you'll support weekend enquiry responses on a rotational basis (typically a few hours on alternate weekends). Equivalent time off will be given during the week.

This role is primarily remote, but we value face-to-face interactions for collaboration, training and team building
