Key Responsibilities:
Quickly developing knowledge of the Division's products and processes
First point of contact for Clients to resolve queries
Provide support and administrative functions to the business as required
Maintain accurate records and update central data files accordingly and communicate information to stakeholders
Maintaining a diary system to ensure the processes can be completed on time in line with SLA's.
Validating and processing monthly policy and claims bordereaux into the policy management system within SLA
Building & maintaining relationships with partners ensuring queries are resolved in a timely manner
Ensuring bordereaux are received on time, investigating any delays and reporting to Business lines.
Supporting onboarding of new partners
Liaise with IT for new partner onboarding, continuous improvement initiatives or day to day issues
Preparation of Client material and reporting packs
Maintain strong working relationship with departments
Supporting ad-hoc projects as required
Experience / Skills preferred
Knowledge of insurance policy administration
. Experience in a corporate or customer service environment
