Job Type: 9 month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Hybrid. This role could be based in either Edinburgh, Telford or Birmingham offices, with some time spent working from home.
Flexible working: All of our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

Salary and benefits: Up to 50,000 DOE plus an indicative bonus range of 16-32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

The role

As an Employee Relations Consultant for Policy, you'll be a trusted advisor responsible and accountable for all aspects of our employment policies and employment contracts.
You'll support our ambition by managing and maintaining our suite of our policies, ensuring they are legally compliant, aligned to regulatory requirements and leading edge.
You'll also provide expert employment knowledge and policy advice, input, guidance and technical support, alongside a pragmatic and commercial approach to policy development.
