Our firm, Global Centre is looking for a candidate to join our advice and translation office as a Customer Advisor.
We are looking for a person with good communication and organisational skills with a very good command of spoken and written ENGLISH and POLISH language. The duties would also include standard administrative tasks such as: making phone calls to different providers, writing a letter of complaints, picking up calls and e-mails.
The knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is essential.
The experience in completing applications, including applications for universal credit, maternity. or pension benefits would be advantageous, but not essential.
