HMP Thameside are looking for a Porter to deal with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone and face to face and ensure that everyone is working in a tidy healthcare area. The Porter post is a varied role, undertaking a range of delegated portering duties, including unloading, delivery of stock, and any other general tasks required across Prison Healthcare Service.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are keen to take on roles with varied duties, supporting the delivery of excellent healthcare to prisoners. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to work as a team member with a non-judgemental and compassionate approach

You\'ll receive an annual salary up to \xc2\xa326,000 per annum - depending on experience.

About Us

HM Prison Thameside is a local category B resettlement prison in the Thamesmead area of the Royal Borough of Greenwich, South-East London and is situated next to HMP Belmarsh. HMP Thameside is London\'s only private prison and can currently hold 1232 convicted and remand male prisoners.
