Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Property Portfolio Manager

to oversee the day-to-day management of a designated property portfolio. This is a field-based role that requires a hands-on approach to tenancy management, property maintenance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and confident in managing tenants, contractors, and legal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure condition, compliance, and safety Serve legal notices in accordance with current housing legislation (e.g., Section 8, Section 21) Manage tenancies from start to end, including renewals, check-ins, check-outs, and conflict resolution Handle works orders and coordinate contractors for repairs, maintenance, and improvements Maintain accurate records of communications, inspections, and tenancy activity Ensure all properties comply with current health, safety, and legal requirements Liaise with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a high level of service

Requirements:

Proven experience in property management, lettings, or a similar role Strong knowledge of UK tenancy laws and regulations Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage a busy and varied workload Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required) Comfortable working independently and in the field Proficient with property management systems and Microsoft Office
