Portfolio Manager - Student Accommodation



We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Portfolio Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our student accommodation buildings. If you are organised, customer-focused, and enjoy managing multiple tasks efficiently, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You'll Do



As Portfolio Manager, you will: - Ensure tenants pay rent on time and maintain accurate accounts. - Be the first point of contact for tenant queries and provide excellent customer service. - Manage tenancy applications, agreements, renewals, and check-ins/outs. - Monitor properties and advise landlords and the Department Manager on maintenance and improvement needs. - Liaise with landlords and provide regular updates on their properties. - Manage tenancy deposits from protection to release, handling disputes if required. - Support the welcome team during new development launches. - Maintain tenant satisfaction and encourage positive Google reviews. - Collaborate with property management, lettings, maintenance, and communications teams.

What We're Looking For



Positive, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Excellent problem-solving skills and professional presentation.

Strong organisation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), property lettings software, Sage, and social media.

ARLA qualification desirable.
