The Team





We're a dynamic and fast-growing lender in the Specialist Mortgages space, helping property investors and landlords access flexible finance solutions. From refurbishments to auction purchases and development exits, our products are designed to move quickly and support ambitious property projects.

The Role





As a Portfolio Servicing Specialist, you'll be the go-to contact for brokers, customers, and internal teams. You'll manage post-completion servicing requests, ensure smooth communication, and help maintain our reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities





Be the first point of contact for servicing enquiries Manage facility amendments (extensions, consents, security releases) Maintain accurate records and issue key documents (e.g. redemption statements) Monitor account performance and escalate risks Prepare credit proposals for facility changes Collaborate across teams and support wider business projects

Required Skills and Experience





Experience in customer servicing (specialist mortgages or financial services preferred) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Understanding of risk and credit processes
