We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking professional to lead and develop our Post 16 provision for neurodiverse young people, particularly those with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and/or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating meaningful, personalised pathways that support our students' transition into adulthood, further education, employment, and independent living

You will be an innovative curriculum leader with a strong understanding of vocational learning, enterprise education, and therapeutic approaches. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with teaching staff, therapists, external partners, and families to deliver a high-quality, outcomes-driven experience for every learner.

The Complete Education Solution (TCES)

TCES is an independent social enterprise, providing specialist education based in London supporting exceptional neurodiverse children and young people aged 7 to 19 who have special educational needs and disabilities typically associated with autism, social emotional and mental health needs and associated disorders. Most of them will have experienced multiple placement breakdowns and significant trauma, often resulting in behaviour that challenges. On average pupils will have been excluded from other provisions up to three times before reaching us and had significant periods out of education.

TCES pupils learn at one of our two schools, Nurture Primary, Create in the Community service or within the first DfE accredited online special school: TCES National Online School; with TCES East London and TCES North West London supporting those who are able to access learning within a school environment. When they are ready, we aim for pupils to step down from Create into one of our main schools, TCES Sixth Form, and mainstream provision.

TCES East London School is an Ofsted Outstanding rated day school specialising in the Arts, with all pupils encouraged to find and express their creativity and supported to achieve awards alongside traditional subjects.

QTS /QTLS*
Resilient and robust, role modelling outstanding professionalism.*
Be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience within inclusion or in SEND, therapeutic or outreach education sector.*
Experience of driving inclusive education initiatives to support best practice with vulnerable and complex groups.*
Proven skills in data analysis and reporting.*
Experience supporting families and carer networks to provide appropriate and safe environments for neurodiverse young people.*
Proactive and innovative, collaborating with team members in other disciplines, whilst also with the ability to work flexibly and independently.*
Experience of managing neurodiverse children with SEND, including ASC and/or SEMH.*
Experience of coaching staff to improve their practice.*
