This role will provide a comprehensive and quality service following the legal completion of conveyancing matters.

You will be responsible for:



Submitting applications for change of property ownership. Reviewing completed registrations. Confirming registration with all relevant parties. Liaising with conveyancing teams within the firm. Reviewing ongoing caseload. Reviewing title documents upon registration. Dealing with Land Registry enquiries and communicating with a variety of third parties. Preparing AP1's and letters to client in respect of the registrations. Maintaining excellent relationships. Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as directed by your line manager or Director.

What we're looking for:



Ability to manage a busy workload. Good IT skills, including experience with case management systems. Outstanding attention to detail. Excellent client care and communication skills. Previous experience working in a conveyancing administration role, supporting fee earners is desirable but not essential. Have exceptional client service skills, going above and beyond expectations. Enjoy working in a small team and thrive in a busy environment. Excellent organisation skills with ability to prioritise workload.
