Key responsibilities of a Post Completion Case Handler
Submit and
Process Registrations
whilst ensuring timely submission of applications within the priority period.
Monitor daily reports and bring any concerns to the attention of the Post Completion Team Leader.
Liaise with third parties to address outstanding completion documents.
Provide assistance with volume remortgage applications when required.
Renew searches immediately upon receipt of cancelled applications and inform the Team Manager.
Handle client communications promptly and provide appropriate responses.
Ensure documents are completed accurately, and any amendments are saved to matter before submission to Land Registry.

Skills and Experience required to be a

Previous experience of working in post completion environment essential.
Familiarisation with a case management system use.
Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
