We're looking for a Post Completion Supervisor to join our team in Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities of a Post Completion Supervisor
Supervise the Post Completion team, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring high standards of performance and compliance.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, return-to-work discussions, and assist the Team Manager with performance reviews and escalations.
Oversee the team mailbox and allocate files following completion to ensure timely processing.
Lead by example in handling a personal caseload, preparing and submitting registration documentation to the Land Registry, dealing with requisitions, and liaising with clients and third parties.
Support the Team Manager in the production of daily, weekly, and monthly performance and risk reports.

What We're Looking For
Conveyancing Knowledge:
Experience in residential conveyancing or post-completion work is essential.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to support and supervise a team, providing coaching and guidance where needed.
Attention to Detail:
Accurate document handling and strong organisational skills to manage a varied caseload and team responsibilities.
Tech Savvy:
Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with case management systems is a plus.
Professionalism:
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with a positive and reliable approach to work.
