Post Completion Assistant

Job Description

As a Post Completions Legal Assistant, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring all post-completion matters are handled efficiently and within regulatory timeframes. Working closely with our conveyancers, you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks following the completion of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:



Submit SDLT forms and Land Registry applications in a timely and accurate manner Monitor and manage requisitions and follow up with necessary actions Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and the Land Registry where necessary Maintain case management systems and update relevant documents and files Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal deadlines Support fee earners with administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role (essential) Strong knowledge of the post-completion process and Land Registry requirements Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 28,000.00 per year
