Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly-organised and detail-focused Post-Completion Paralegal to join our Property Department. The successful candidate will work closely with our fee earners to ensure that completed Commercial, Residential, and Agricultural property transactions are accurately finalised and registered.

This is a hands-on role focused exclusively on post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications and requisitions.

Duties:

Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications. Dealing with Land Registry requisitions and correspondence. Completing Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) forms where required. Ensuring completion and registration deadlines are met. Maintaining accurate client files and ledgers using the firm's case management system. Liaising with clients, lenders, and other solicitors to finalise registrations. Performing general administrative support for the Property Department as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 12 months' experience in property/conveyancing, ideally including post-completion work. Confident using a case management system and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively. Professional approach and excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time preferred (35 hours per week), flexible hours/days negotiable
Salary: Dependent on experience

Pay: 21,000.00-25,000.00 per year
