Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service at the Post Office counter, assisting with a variety of services, including mail, packages and financial services
Ensure counters are well stocked and the work area in always clean and tidy
Able to work flexible hours and help cover shifts when needed
A great multi-tasker and able to adapt easily to the task needed
Ensure correct packaging and labelling of parcels, following postal regulations
Excellent product knowledge with a positive and approachable manner
Build rapport with customers to ensure positive experiences and to encourage repeat business
Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes
Handle difficult or escalated customer situations with professionalism, maintaining a calm and solutions-orientated approach
Assist with stock ordering and replenishment of the Post Office
Monitor and review sales trends and suggest improvements to increase revenue
Work to achieve individual and store-wide targets, maximising opportunities to up sell and cross sell
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

About You:
Previous Post Office experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided and on-going support as needed

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment both alone and as part of a team
