As an Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the cleanliness of the shop & Post Office and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
Provide information about products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing.
Process transactions accurately at the till and handle cash responsibly.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
Skills
Strong communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
