Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and kitchen facilities.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies are used effectively and stored safely.
Assist in food preparation areas by maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, particularly in relation to food hygiene standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a clean and sanitary cooking environment.
Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain consistency in service.
Skills
Previous experience in a cleaning role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
