Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pot Washer to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across our premises. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are kept tidy, sanitary, and welcoming for staff, clients, and visitors. Previous experience in hospitality or food-related environments is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including washing pots, pans and cutlery, mopping and deep cleaning surfaces Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, and hospitality areas Ensure waste disposal is handled efficiently and bins are emptied regularly Restock supplies such as cleaning products, and kitchen essentials as needed and put away kitchen orders and deliveries Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Assist with light food preparation or kitchen organisation if required Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly Adhere to company policies regarding hygiene standards and cleaning procedures

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or hospitality environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering services is desirable but not essential Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products is beneficial but not mandatory Experience in customer service or serving roles can be an advantage as you may be asked to work on event and match days A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and efficiently Good organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
