We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and serving food during events. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use. Support banquet operations by setting up and breaking down event spaces efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to adhere to food handling safety standards during food service. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance. Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling to promote sustainability.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation and handling practices is a plus. Experience in banquet service or catering environments is beneficial. A background in restaurant or kitchen operations will be advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
