Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen areas, prep spaces, and other designated areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. organise clean items and return to correct places for the team to use Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are properly stored after use. Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. Uphold hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and health regulations. Provide excellent service to guests by maintaining a clean and organised environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a pot washer role, preferably within a restaurant, hotel, or culinary setting. Knowledge of COSHH and cleaning techniques is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. A positive attitude towards hospitality and serving others is essential. Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business needs.
